I'll second what's been said about Rice: their customer service is exceptional. Anticipating a lot of hassle, I walked onto the lot last week knowing that I needed a vehicle and only had so much to spend. Rice salesman David Senkus worked diligently to find me a car that was right for me. He shepherded me through the necessary paperwork and proved himself to be knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I am thrilled to be driving a new Corolla and would gladly do business again with Rice in the future.

Just took delivery of my 4th vehicle from Rice Toyota (Tundra Double Cab 2010), every time I couldn't be happier, my salesperson (Mark Ellis) always made the purchasing expereince a breeze, this time it took less than an hour at the dealership to turn in my trade-in and pick up my new truck. The whole process started with a phone call, they didn't have what I was looking for so the got one for me, the price was exactly $304 less than the lowest price offere by my local dealer (I live in Winston-Salem), he even threw in a free cargo net and a car washing kit. Do yourself a favor, save time and money and give them a call. Maha R.

Had a wonderful experience at Rice Toyota with David Senkus. I was comparing the Honda Accord/Civic to the Toyota Camry/Corolla. In the end I decided to buy a 2010 Toyota Camry. David was excellent to work with during the whole process and I love my Camry. Thanks Rice Toyota!
